Installation "eagle and the lion in the competition"

In the context of the Hohenstaufen year in 2010 an expressive wooden sculptures group
was formed under the eye of the artist Petra Goldmann in an interdisciplinary art project
with students of the high school in Ingelheim. The eagle and the lion symbolically reflect
the tension between empire and papacy in the Staufer period.
