IC 5148

This nebula, exhaled from the dying star at its center, is about
3000 light years from earth in the southern constellation Grus.
It is currently about 3 light years in diameter, and is expanding
at 30 miles / second, making it one of the fastest expanding planetary
nebulae in the galaxy.
