Cow Parsnip - heracleum maximum

(Blue Ridge Parkway)

I am really pleased with the D 200 and have taken to having a long lens on it while having my 17-55mm on the D2x unless I'm shooting wildlife. Then I reverse the arrangement. The only gripe so far is that the exposure compensator dial is easily moved from its setting accidentally if the camera is left on between shots.

It take ssome doing to get an interesting picture from this 'weed' but the deep green background sets off the white flower so well. Nice work

Agree 100% with you, Buz. The D200 is a great body with slick controls.
Beautiful composition and contrast in color!

Interesting subject there, Buz. Good information also...though I don't have a Nikon, it's useful to pass on good & bad points for others to look out for !
