Here's a VERY special and rare marble, featuring Bob's work creating the iconic head of Bob Snodgrass in a marble! Snodgrass is affectionately known as the Godfather of Fume in the art glass world, as he is credited with discovering and perfecting the technique of fuming silver onto and into borosilicate glass. Badtram was one of Snodgrass's first apprentices back in the 90's, working together for many years and growing as an artist under Snoddy's tutelage. This is Badtram's tribute marble to the glass great who started it all, with silver fuming incorporated into Snoddy's head. A magnificent piece of glass history, as historic and rare as they come!
