These are the rarest and most special pieces from Ro that I have ever sold - core formed vessels that Ro is finally releasing from his own personal collection after over 4 decades! These were made by the Noble Effort team of Ro and Richard Marquis back in the early 80's and are probably the first art glass stash jars ever made, in the heart of Humboldt County, California. I've got 2 available and each one adorned with various examples of their early complex murrini (the only guys crazy enough to do these murrini back then) and cane. They were made by using a chunk of copper pipe as the core of the glass, with that copper then later eaten away by an acid solution, leaving only the glass behind. These are crazy special, amazing pieces of art glass history, and the only core vessels from Noble Effort that I've ever seen or sold. Don't miss this opportunity!
