This is Ro's most famous marble style, if we can call this astounding work of glass art a mere 'marble', ha. Yeah, sphere is probably a better term, and in fact, that's the term Ro prefers to use for his work. The value of these spheres keeps increasing steadily over time, and this marble movement is still young in the grand scheme of things, so this is a great investment opportunity, beyond the shear beauty of this orb and the astounding amount of time it took Ro to create a sphere like this. Ro is also at the very end of his career now, so there won't be many more of these coming. With all of the murrini included here, you are looking at literally decades of work to arrive at this finished product. Then there's the question of how Ro even managed to construct a marble like this - you look at it and your mind says HUH??? Truly amazing. This classic beauty was created in 2025 and is EXTRA SPECIAL because it was created FIFTY YEARS after Ro and Richard Marquis sold the first art glass marbles at the Ren Faire in 1975. To commemorate Ro's marble making he also made a special 'Ro 73' signature cane for his marbles made in 2025 and beyond, since 1973 was the first year Ro made some marbles, which he eventually started selling in '75. So cool, and HARD to let go of! Always amazing, a MUST for any solid marble collection, taking us clear back to the very roots o9f art glass marbles! This one is also special in that Ro worked both poles, so the bottom pole of this one is worked, and not ground off like what is typical of this design. So amazing, don't miss it! Signed with 'Ro 73 and 25' sig chips (seen in the first pic).
