WOW!! This is my favorite marble style from Masa that I've ever sold. It soooo perfectly captures the spirit of Japan, with Mt. Fuji and the flowers and the cranes and the turtle. It's just brilliantly beautiful and FANTASTIC in hand, a truly stunning work of glass art. The stained glass mandala on the backside is mesmerizing and so wildly complex. It just boggles my mind how much work goes into creating a pattern like that, with all of the masking and carving and finally coloring. There aren't good enough adjectives to describe it! It is huge and impossible to fully appreciate without seeing it in hand. I really, honestly, don't care if this piece ever sells. Comes in its own box, signed on top of the box.
