David Trout aka 'Murdoc Glass' is one of the greatest boro coldworkers in the game today, creating mystical and magical creations utilizing an array of tools, carving and faceting the glass into absolutely brilliant creations. For this piece the renowned Mike Luna, one of the best fantasy dragon artists around, created a large fiery dragons eye marble in a transparent blue base which David then used as his canvas to create an incredible scene all around the piece. It is ASTOUNDING in hand!! The scene features a hot air balloon floating around a huge castle with a huge waterfall tumbling over the cliffs nearby. There are mountains and clouds and stars in the sky. The detail is flat out INCREDIBLE and PERFECT!
