Takao has risen to hecome one of the top 2 pointillism artists in the world, along with Rose Roads, and this is an example of his killer mandala style of work, with some fumed dots mixed in. Those fumed dots are some of the coolest things to be worked into a design like this, and everyone needs an example in their collection!
