Ebisu is one of the Seven Lucky Gods in Japanese mythology.Ebisu represents the good fortune and bounty of the sea. Often he is shown holding a fishing rod and carrying a large fish under his arm, emblematic of a plentiful catch. Usually he is portrayed with a beard and smiling expression, and he wears a unique cap with two points. Ebisu is the special patron of fishermen and tradesmen, and symbolizes hard worik and honest dealings with others. This gem of a bead is a truly amazing and special one of a kind creation from Loren, very historic and a score for the best of glass collections! Don't miss this one! Signed with 'LS' sig chip.
