Introducing to you the one of a kind Ryuk head from John, a VERY special piece that is crazy hard to let go of!! Ryuk is the fictional character in the manga series 'Death Note', created by Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata. He is a bored Shinigami that drops a Death Note (a notebook that allows the user to kill anyone simply by knowing their name and face) into the human world in order to have relief from his boredom. Death Note was made into an American movie a couple of years ago and I really enjoyed it, although I hear it's not nearly as good as the Japanese version (I need to watch that one somehow). Ryuk is extremely mischievous, and loves apples, leaving his apple cores lying around, and hence the apple cage for this marble, ha ha! You really don't want to mess around with Shimigami, so I would advise leaving this guy in his cage, and only take him out under extreme caution!! I really love that cage, especially the skull bead that acts as a clasp. The details in the Ryuk head are awesome, especially the heart opal earring and those blue lips which light up under a black light! Another AMAZING and AWESOME work of art from this master!
