The marble comes WITH the light base pictured in the last photo. James hand made these light bases especially for these marbles, and it is VERY nice and professional. The 3 shots showing the jellyfish lit up are taken in a dark room with the jellyfish sitting on the light base. The jellyfish absolutely POPS when lit up with the base, and the glass comes alive. It is truly amazing. I leave mine on all the time in our home and the jellyfish at night becomes what I like to call 'The greatest night light on the planet', WOOHOO!
