Andy and David, aka Galactic Glass, are a father-son team who blew glass together for many years, father teaching son and on from there, before David eventually went on to open his own business in his 30's. I'm proud to offer their beautiful creations here, chock full of sparkly dichro and fun colors with all sorts of depth and detail to their fun designs! Andy has been blowing glass since 2003, so he's one of the old schoolers who has seen a lot over the past decades. He came up with the Galactic dichro design (the swirled, moving, but frozen in time dichro elements you see in his marbles) in the early days of his glassblowing career and Galactic Glass was born. He went on to perfect it and make it a cornerstone of much of what he does. These designs are fluid and wildly beautiful in hand, so much better than my pictures can convey, especially the dichro, which absolutely POPS. It's a killer and historic design that everyone needs in their collection! Most of the vortex marbles you'll see here were made by David, who really enjoyed that style of marble, all featuring great depth, awesome dichro, and fantastic dot worked backsides. Marbles from both Andy and David often feature glow glass as well, which lights up under any lighting and will keep glowing even after being removed from the light source. They're especially bright under a UV light which charges the glow glass really quickly. Suuuuper awesome to play with at night! Trust me when I say you're gonna want some Galactic Glass in your collection!!
