Andrew Groner creates wonderfully mystical creations in various shapes, sometimes marbles, sometimes cold worked cubes and other shapes. He uses mostly gold and silver fuming to achieve his glass magic with a range of earthy colors. He often features large air traps in the middle of his marbles, like this one here, which take on planetary and other shapes. The colors and formations in this gem are AMAZING, so incredibly intriguing in hand as you study the movement of the glass inside. It is very alien in nature, mysterious and elemental in nature. Super hard to let go of! This marble is slightly elongated, hard to notice, but it is about 5/100 of an inch longer top to bottom than side to side. Signed 'AJG 17'.
