A visit to family in Nagoya and trips to Nagasaki and Hiroshima began our adventure in Japan. Tracing Japanese history by touring shrines, temples, and museums in Osaka, Nara, Kyoto, Hakone, and Tokyo was the focus of an Elderhostel conducted by Japan Inter-Elder Association in cooperation with the U.S. Elderhostel program. The program began April 6, 2007 and ended April 21, 2007. This was an excellent experience that I would strongly recommend.
