In her first outing since the Edinburgh Marathon in late May, Naomi smashed it at the Run Upcote 5 mile trail run this morning:
- finished 42nd out of 179
- 3rd senior female finisher and 6th female overall
- and her time of 43:58 was 14 mins (!!) faster than when she did Upcote in 2021
