I spent a lovely day with an old and dear friend (that's him lurking at the back) wandering around the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art, which, before it was converted to the Gallery, was John Watson's School, my alma mater until I was 14 or so. Seemed strange seeing this fabulous visual art installation in what was the assembly room.
