Quick and easy again tonight - whiz these 'long hollow rifle' chaps into plenty of boiling water, heat up a lovely (previously made and frozen) home-made tomato and basil sauce, chuck on the fresh Parmesan, pour a large glug of Chianti, cut some lovely fresh crusty bread & I'll be happy :o))
