Only way to find out what is behind the door is to open it.

The blurred leaves add a great twist to this door shot. V

Love this! Cool old door, good textures, framed nicely by the ivy. Doors make such interesting subjects.

Looks like a hobbit may live there. Open it and find out! I really like this find and love the shot!

Great shot of this mysterious door. I like the markings and patina. Nicely surrounded by green. You have certainly set your fellow PBasers up well with it and the caption, sort of like a photographic Rohrschach Test. LOL @ Phillip. What an imagination. "V"

Some silver haired old bloke, slowly rocking back and forth cackling to himself... he has an axe, don't go in!! :o)

I would be to tempted to open it. The curiosity is killing me.

Did you open it? It looks like one of those doors someone has stolen from somthing more grand many years ago.
Johnny JAG07-Jul-2009 19:35
Love it, though the door has dropped slightly.
Barbara Heide07-Jul-2009 18:39
but there is no money coming out of this one! ...love it!
Ann...07-Jul-2009 18:29
Fascinating aren't they?! It looks as if someone has ripped some ivy from it so perhaps it does still open??

I share your curiosity with these "door in the wall" shots Doug
....sometimes, what lies on the other side is quite eye-opening!!
