Living Building

Wixford, Warks. view map

I stumbled across this unusual building in the corner of the churchyard of St Milburga's Church; the photo below is of the plaque and explains how this building was made...it's remarkable!

Friday 3rd's entry to the July Challenge; click here for other Pbasers architects this month

Hello Doug.
I also have a shot of this building, but can I locate the file?? No.
Wish I'd known you were around. I would have popped up to meet you.

Looks "living" itself. Does it need trimming occassionally?
Phillip Normanton03-Jul-2009 21:49

Was there not a danger that the horses would eat it? A great find.

Wow, what a find. Great sharp details. I've never seen anything like it. So organic and green. I suppose smoking is out of the question. Easily the most original entry so far. "V"
