Looking upstream on the Forth from the Calton Hill - the northern-most shoulders of the Forth bridges can been seen at left above the tower blocks and maisonettes of Muirhouse. The prominent hilltop in the centre is Dumyat (418m and 30 miles away) which rises above the flat river valley of the Forth to the north of Stirling
