You got it! I forgot to make an "answer photo" for this quiz this past fall. Scrunched head, long and thin tail (squared off at the end) lead to Sharp-shinned Hawk. Especially when looking at close up in-flight shots, male Sharp-shinned Hawks appear especially small-headed.
