Found by R. Doster at a sewage treatment plant on the Pine Bluff CBC. The first documented December record for Arkansas. This bird is in transition between juvenile and adult. The bill and legs are pink, not gray (juv) or red (adult). The belly is mostly solid black (adult) but still has areas of speckled black (juv)
