I have never seen Meskel square this empty. I remember the old Immigration office (now Garden cafe first floor) where it was almost impossible to get passport and Meskerem 2 derg's marching day. I understand its a public square, but I think the city adminstraiton should find soccer field else where and make part of it a park with reen spaces.
