The palace Hwaseong Haenggung in Suwon, just south of Seoul, was originally built in the late 1700s. Much was destroyed over the years but now the past has been carefully reconstructed. Tourism is blossoming in Korea and a lot of effort it being made to educate the public about Korea's fascinating history. The re enactors were skillfully, crowd pleasing, and dressed in beautiful clothes of that era. The parade in the street was in front of Doksogung Palace in Seoul.
