Catfish Rescue

Our Lady of the Strays was near the Waccamaw River in S. Carolina when a local redneck pulled out of the river, tossed a huge catfish into the woods, then drove away. The fish was still alive and struggling to breathe when he was picked up and placed back in the river, safe for another day.

Well she was in the right place at the right time! A true friend to all creatures! You totally rock Our Lady of the Strays!! Why in the heck do you think that moron threw it in the woods? Was it like something illegal to have and he was coming back for it later?? Although why would you come back for a dead fish? I don't get it.......
