This is a view of the Spouting Horn attraction is very different from the landside view of those folks leaning on the rail to the right of the "spout." The "Spouting Horn" is a blowhole on the south shore near Poipu that shoots a large plume of sea water into the air with each incoming wave. It is one of Kaua'i's most famous and frequented attractions.
