Bowling Ball Beach is a part of Schooner Gulch State Beach, in Mendocino County. It is named for the spherical sandstone concretions found there at low tide.
Great timing and a beautiful capture Bill. Both sunset and low tide on these amazing round rocks. I, on the other hand, was up to my knees in waves, with my brand new camera!!
