Taking DC on light tackle

Armed only with a little point and shoot and an ultralight travel tripod, the weary hunter scouts the streets of Washington DC after work in search of the elusive image capture. You should have seen the one that got away. These shots were taken over 3 evenings including 9/11/06.

I like this gallery very much - the images of fun and serious - good diversity. I like the blurred effect of some of them as well. Excellent work!
