Hi Bill,
Great site and your pictures are inspirational. They have given me great ideas for enhancing my DC receiver and will help me with my next project. I have an extra SW40 (I already built the kit). I am planning on building it Manhattan.
Thanks es 72,

Nicely done Bill. I love doing everything butt-ugly, but yours is so cleanly done you can't call it Butt-ugly .
Post more pics as you progress with the project!

Thanks, Bill, for your info. DL7UWE and I are building a Pixie 2 ( won't believe it, hi)at the very moment.
He uses etched printed board I use glued pads on the board. I published some pics in the photo album of yahoo pfr-3 list to illustrate assembly of a PFR-3; perhaps some hams might find some hints on 'technology' there as well.
Finally: Best greetings of the season to all readers here. 72, Dieter DL2BQD
