We spent 12 days on privately guided wildlife tours of Tanzania and Kenya, organized for us by Born Free Safaris. The pictures here are culled from about 2500 "shutter activations" during that trip. Cameras were Janet's Nikon 7700, my Canon 70D with a 100-400mm lens mounted, and my Panasonic FZ100. There's really too much to see and too much to say, for any photo gallery to make sense. I'll try to show the basics of how we got along in the "Transportation..." subgallery, and then show the animals, birds, and a few of the people in the subsequent galleries. I have avoided a chronological presentation, instead "organizing" the galleries in almost random order except for a few short "photo essays" which will be self-explanatory as you view the main gallery.
