Cnemidophorus sexlineatus
With legs that short, you wouldn't think they could run at 90+ mph. Seems like they do, hence the name. This one was under the power lines on the Florida Trail in Etoniah Creek State Forest. Been trying to get a decent picture of one for years but couldn't get one to slow down. He wouldn't have except for the bug he was focused on.
