Polioptila caerulea
I describe these birds as looking like a minature mockingbird. This one was on South Cablegate Road, Etoniah Creek State Forest. I don't know how much natural variation there is in coloration, but I've included two blue-gray gnatcatchers because how much bluer one is than the other.
