Not too happy with you, it seems. Sad commentary on life for some in NYC. Next to a hydrant too, unless he's on wheels and is being pulled along in the trash cart all equipped with cardboard lining and backrest. Earphones, vest, cap, clean looking chinos...nice sneakers and socks. Hey, maybe an episode for Law and Order. Kind of thing you would pull on us, Bill
