As you can see in the photos below, this was a spectacularly bright and beautiful day.
It was sad beginning this ride knowing it would be my final ride before we start our drive north on March 22nd.
The weather was just perfect though for a long ride in such beautiful scenery.

This ended up being a monster 64-mile ride taking me back into the waterfront areas of St. Petersburg, again onto the Grand Prix Indy Car race course...the race was actually just a couple of days from this bike ride visit; so there was lots to see.
Much of the ride was along the Pinellas Trail, but I also went partially on the Sky Bridge Trail.

In all, this was my 21st ride during our seven weeks in Florida ending with a total of 1,022 miles! What great fun!
