This is actually a painting on a small garage wall by Adrian Martinez who lives in this neighborhood in Downingtown.
Adrian is a "nationally known representational artist whose work combines a rigorously classical technique with an intensely emotional vision" as quoted from his website.
Mr. Martinez designed the 2001 White House Christmas Card and completed a three-panel mural in 2003 which hangs in the White House.

I was out shooting with my new Tamron lens and this morning's warm light caught my eye. I had to shoot this again.
This composition shows how "Borough Stable" fits in with the neighborhood in town.
