Hi Mr. Chiodo, my name is Allison and I was the person who bought your 28-135mm f/3.6-5.6 IS. I still have it, and it is still my favorite film lens of all time... thanks for your willingness to part with it. This marks year 15 of this hobby, so I've decided to get back into film; found your business card in my camera bag, and decided to check out your page. You have some nice photos here. Your nighttime shots of Mont Saint Michel are great! I wonder though. Did you get some shots looking down over the structure from above during the daytime? There are great angles in all directions.

Hello, Mr. Chiodo! Your photos are amazing! I love to see Downingtown so beautifully represented! As a lifelong, (or at least most of my life,) resident of Downingtown, I love the tender photos you have taken of our beautiful town. Bravo.
I have a page on Facebook that is called Snapnation Downingtown/Exton. Would it be possible to post some of your pictured, identified of course, as your work? I love love love love it! I could even post a link to your page, as that would be a great way to bring you additional views. Either way, I thank you for the wonderful pictures. Moments in time.

George, I've lived on Little Washington Rd. in the old Farmhouse near Evergreen for 18 years. You've taken AMAZING shots of the fields behind the house ("Burning Off," among others)and many other locations within walking distance. Like other neighbors, I was saddened to see "McMansions" begin to dot the horizon of those fields . I've enjoyed--treasured, actually--your work for a number of years, but now the photographs are especially poignant. Thanks for memorializing a part (another part) of the Township which is gone. Dave Conway PS Regarding the previous guest's very astute comment, I know what you mean about Bob Casey. I have a golden retriever who tilts his head exactly the same nway whenver an ambulance goes by....that's one of the reasons I voted for him.
Katie Meicht 07-Nov-2006 01:46
WOW you caught not only the vibrance of the election about to take place, but our home area as well. I love your pictures. My only concern would be Bob Casey's head is always tilting as if he is questioning the world that is about (hopefully) to unravel. Peace.

George,
Enjoyed your photo gallery. My maiden name is Chiodo, I'm curious how you pronounce you last name. I found you site by googling my dad's name Richard G. Chiodo, also have a brother named George E. Chiodo. We live in CT but my dad is from MN-a few yrs back we met a Joseph Chiodo who owned "Chiodo's Tavern" in Homestead, PA-are you familiar with that place? Do you know where you're family is from? Thanks for any response Chriss123456@optonline.net

George,

Very nice work you do! Makes me want to pull out my Nikon FTN and start shooting again. If I could only find the repair parts. But you've certainly inspired me to play more with the new technology. See you at the ball games.

I just stumbled upon your website and was amazed at the beautiful pictures. You are a wonderful photographer, and I recognize some of the places that you took pictures of because they are also in my neighborhood. I live in Montgomery County, PA (Lansdale, formerly of Philadelphia). I am sure that somehow we are related. Anyway, I just wanted to drop you a line and say how very much I admire and appreciate your work. Please continue to post more pictures on your website.
