Physical Rescue involving two trapped workers,at a gas station closed for underground storage tank replacement.Fighfighters from all of the Torrance Fire Department,along with mutual aid from Los Angeles County USAR TaskForce 103,rescued the trapped workers in just under 3 hrs.One of the workers only had an injuried ankle,the other was unhurt.
