Waiting Hall of the Train Station in Cusco |
Peru Rail took me to Aguas Calientes |
which is also known as Machu Picchu town |
the train ride was beautiful |
I stayed 5 days in Aguas Calientes |
a food stand at night |
the entrance to a luxury hotel |
 and a romantic bridge |
This was my first day at Machu Picchu |
the weather was very misty |
but very amazing for photo shoots |
one of this stupid tourists standing in the way... |
the weather condition changes very fast |
which gives it very mystic atmosphere |
 and another one |
 and another tourist... |
another day this time a tourist in white shirt... |
this was my treat in Machu Picchu |
one night at the only hotel next to the ruins |
which cost me a leg and a half (un huevo...) |
 my bedroom was amazing |
and everything was included in the price |
View of the garden with |
 lots of wildlife |
these are Colibris aka Humming Birds |
so fast, very difficult to take photos of |
finally that thing had a rest... |
this was at 4pm with lots of Alpacas |
well, even they have to sh..... as well |
they were amazing and one could even touch them |
sometimes they came a little bit too close |
there was this strange looking purple Alpaca too |
and a rainbow over Machu Picchu |
some more Alpacas and the ruins |
this one was looking very cheeky |
and that one I surprised |
and it turned around and chewed on something |
here another purple cow, alpaca tourist... |
standing at the entrance of the city |
the walls and houses were amazing |
The lobby of the Machu Picchu Sanctuary Hotel |
beautiful corridor to my room |
 the food was amazing |
from Champagne to just anything... |
the breakfast included everything you could ask for |
 the lunch area |
and the garden of the hotel |
 with an orchid path |
 with amazing flowers |
no idea what that is though... |
another flower hanging of the tree |
 some more humming birds |
sitting in the trees of the garden hotel |
a strange looking humming bird in the lounge.. |
and finally a Panorama of Machu Picchu |
