the farmers market

steve came out of hospital yesterday, he's been diagnosed as having a small heart attack, so please please look after yourselves and eat as much fresh produce as you can, hence the trip to the market he was allowed a gentle stroll!!

Glad to hear it's worked out OK. At least from now on you and the doctors can take steps to see it doesn't happen again. This is a great start!

I left a comment on the last shot and didn't realize he had gotten out of the hospital! Garlic does wonders too! Red Wine and garlic.....hmmmm. Sounds like a little Italian food may be good. Anyway, I am so happy he is out of the hospital. Now, for the hard part....changing the way he eats. Good luck! BTW....love the lighting in this shot. Hope you got some good veggies!
