Creative Corner Exercise.
I have taken part of this photo and made it to look like a photo is laying on top of it. Used rectangular marquee tool, ctrl-J, to copy selection to its own layer. Used edit.stroke(outline)selection to put a white stroke around it. Used the move tool to move it. Then filter>distort>shear to bend the photo. IN styles & effects palette chose layer styles>drop shadow, clicked on style icon to got layer>layer styles>style settings, changed lightening to 38 and shadow distance to 25. Then added an adjustment layer- adjust color/hue/saturation, Moved saturation to left. I did some touch up on background and small photo with paintbrush and clone, where white holes were in orginal photo. ( Trying to remove purple fringe(in this case blue) didn't help the large white spots.) I know small photo is off center but I plan to use this as a greeting card with text in bottom right. This was a good lesson
