Sheboygan vs. Appleton Rebels 7-5

Hendricks hit a leadoff home run and pitcher Tyler Ebbers put the finishing touch on Sheboygan's 7-5 victory over Appleton in an AAA Legion Regional championship game at Green Bay. Sheboygan never trailed Monday because of Hendricks' first-inning home run. He went 2-for-2 with three walks. "They refused to pitch to him after awhile," said Van Lanen. Taylor Schwarz belted a two-run home run later in the game, and Alex Binder had two hits and three runs batted in. Schwarz pitched seven innings in the nine-inning game. He allowed four runs (two earned) on five hits and struck out three. Frank Raff worked the eighth and Ebbers closed things out in the ninth.
