Very dramatic image, however I think that the guy in the top left detracts a bit.

Very unique perspective. The protrudeness of the left bridge leads to the sky-scraper and then the building leads to the looming cloud. The composition is very interesting. However, I kinda disagree with the photographer on the upper left corner.
