The yellow house in the mid-level of the small hill was the House of the German Governor built 200 hundred years ago. It was recorded that the construction cost of the house was over 900,000 marks, and the design was exemplary German architecture at that time. While most historical buildings in Germany were destroyed in WWII, this building in Qing Dao is the only remain of such architectural design in the world.
