This is the Baroque Dětenice Castle, located in the Czech village of Dětenice.
The castle has been a protected monument since 1958 and has been on the list
of cultural monuments of the Czech Republic since 1964. The castle was originally a
medieval fortress dating back to the 13th century. Between 1762 and 1765, the fortress
was rebuilt into a late Baroque castle, which explains the architecture . Its current style
is the result of a renovation in 1820 by Filip Wessenberk. The castle is part
of the Dětenice Château Resort, which also includes a medieval tavern, brewery,
and hotel.
