This is a good reconstruction/copy (?) of the medal shown in the previous image. This is a silver commemorative medal for the Nazi party convention in 1938. It shows the "tall man holding the flag with the swastika" lifting a brother (Austria, with the broken chain, "Anschluss der Ostmark") onto the Nazi pedestal of Grossdeutschland.
