This building is made in 2 parts ,in cantilever ,the only one in France
In the middle,on the top of this bridge we can see the connection
And at the beginning it was a free connection but after it was melt for the Maintenance
This Construction used for the Assembly only some rivets as the Eiffel Tower;
The Creator Engineer PAUL BODIN ,was a concurrent of Eiffel
