Button flower


Ceya looked it up at Google and found the Latin names of this plant:
Tanacetum vulgare syn. Chrysanthemum vulgare; in Finnish it's also called 'button flower' which I think is a very apt name!

It has been used as spice and to drive away ants + getting yellow and orange colours..:) Nowadays it's considered poisonous.

This belongs to my absolute favorite August flowers, the name in Finnish is 'pietaryrtti' (herb of Peter). Beautiful light and composition, it looks very graphic and decorative! Lovely work!
