The Eastern Sierras are home for spectacular Fall color in early to middle October. October 2007.

I've returned to the Sierras again and again and have enjoyed "being held stationary in a stream" and "walking a lonely path," but it is "time to leave the Sierra." Surely all your golden views are not spent. Sup?
