Since my sailing days are over, it has been some time since I have visited Catalina. Your delightful photos brought back many fond memories. Photos are wonderful food for the soul.

I always learn something when I look at your photography. I am glad to see photos that are full of color and reveal interesting visual contrasts that unfold the natural, artistic essence often missed by the rapid pace of modern society. When I see these photographs I am able to observe nature along with the observer as if I had walked along the same path and stopped to keenly witness something special and uplifting to my inner spirit. Thanks for allowing me to "observe" with you.
